You asked for it and here it is: The widescreen version of the 2D panel! You will now be able to fly and view the DC-9 Classic on your cool widescreen display without any stretching or squeezing.

I have had plans to make a widescreen version of the panel for quite some time, but up until recently I had put a low priority on it. Then you guys made some good comments about the necessity of including a widescreen version. That made me realize I needed to put a much higher priority on getting this done and include it in the release. That’s right, a developer that listens!

The widescreen panel has been implemented with a 16:9 aspect ratio, but it should be fine on a 16:10 display as well with hardly any visible distortion at all.

I’m very pleased with how it turned out, so thanks for all your comments and the kick in the butt I needed to get this widescreen panel done in time.
